It should go without saying that our garlic powder is 100% pure, peeled garlic cloves – but if we went without saying that, you’d wonder why it costs more than the stuff that is chucked whole into a blender at a scale that makes it difficult at best to make sure it’s all garlic before it's mixed with anti-caking agents, salts or preservatives.

Our cloves are selectively grown, hand-peeled, hang dried, selected in small batches, minced and dehydrated, then graded, refined, and sealed in compostable packaging. The 2023 premium hard neck blend is a small batch featuring several Eastern-European varieties from our own harvest (German White, German Red, Music) as well as Laughing Goat Farm (thanks Dad!), and additional Turkish Red and Turkish Star stock purchased from Mele Garlic Farms to help impart its nice little kick.
